So there's this guy here whom I've sort of rubbed elbows with. I wasn't very impressed when I met him, writing him off an arrogant jerk.

A couple days ago, I was reading the NYT essay about being Quaded (out of all things) that reviewed a couple of books about college admissions. The name of one student mentioned in the reviewed books seemed very familiar, so I had a sneaking suspicion it was him. A quick Google search affirmed the case.

Holy crap. He has earned very right to be an arrogant jerk.
